At dotskinn.uk, we provide a 3-year limited commercial warranty for microneedling devices purchased from our online store. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

1. Coverage

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues that prevent normal use of the device.
  • During the warranty period, the product may be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer where applicable.
  • Coverage applies to orders placed on dotskinn.uk and delivered within the United Kingdom.

2. Conditions

  • You must retain proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Disposable accessories (e.g., cartridges, needles, and other consumables) are not covered under the 3-year warranty, except for manufacturing defects upon delivery.

3. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, dropping, or unauthorised disassembly or repair.
  • Damage resulting from poor maintenance, improper cleaning, or use contrary to the instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, heavy professional use, or modifications to the product.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the device (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for return, repair, or replacement. In some cases, a preliminary technical assessment may be required. Please do not return any items without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Relation to Statutory Warranty

This 3-year commercial warranty does not replace or limit the statutory warranty of conformity under UK consumer protection law. In the event of any conflict, your statutory rights as a consumer will prevail.
