If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. This page explains the terms and steps for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
1) Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Defective products: You can request a refund or replacement if an item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- Incorrect products: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
2) Return Period
You must contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. All customers also retain their legal right under UK consumer law to cancel the order within 14 days of delivery.
3) Exceptions for Hygiene and Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of disposable cartridges, sealed consumables, or products that have been opened or used—unless they are defective.
4) How to Start a Return
You can request a return in two ways:

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable. Please do not return any items without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5) Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.
- We may decline returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.
6) Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7) Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- If the return is due to buyer reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8) Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please let us know when you contact us. We will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth replacement.
9) Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, our standard return policy will apply.
